Therapeutic Process:
During the therapeutic process, it’s all about you! I’m a therapist who understands that one size doesn’t fit all, one technique or approach doesn’t work for everyone. Therefore, we will work collaboratively to devise a personalized blueprint to best meet your needs. Additionally, we will focus on your goals, combating any challenges that may hinder you from accomplishing them. Some of my commonly used therapy approaches include holistic, person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. As we sojourn through the therapeutic process together, I will offer unwavering dedication to your success and strive to create a warm environment where you feel safe, and free of judgement. I look forward to assisting you in becoming the best version of yourself!
