Grief Group Counseling
A guided room for the things grief makes hard to say.
A 12-week virtual group for adults in Texas who are learning how to live after the loss of someone significant.
Program Description
Grief can feel especially heavy after the calls slow down, the routines return, and people around you expect life to feel normal again. You may still be adjusting to the empty space someone left behind, while also trying to work, parent, show up, and keep going.
The Grief Support Group was created to give adults a guided space to process loss with support. In this group, you will have room to talk, listen, reflect, and learn practical tools for understanding your grief.
This is not about forcing closure. It is about helping you carry your grief with more support, more understanding, and less isolation.
Who It Is For
This group may be a good fit if you are an adult in Texas who has lost a spouse, parent, adult child, family member, mentor, close friend, or another significant adult in your life.
You may benefit from this group if you feel like people have stopped asking, but the grief is still present. You may also benefit if you are carrying emotions like sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, confusion, or the pressure to seem okay before you truly feel okay.
Each participant will complete a short screening process so we can make sure the group is appropriate for your needs.
